EXPLORATION #001

WHAT IF…

What if a great innovation team isn’t recruited — but discovered?

An exploration into how curiosity, chemistry and different perspectives can turn a community into a team.

THE EXPLORATION

An open exploration. Still learning. Still evolving.

THE QUESTION

What if a great innovation team isn’t recruited — but discovered?

How do people from an innovation community become a team that can actually move something?

Then perhaps the question isn’t simply: Who are the best people?

Maybe it’s: What happens when curiosity, different perspectives, trust, energy and productive friction come together — and something starts to click?

→ THE CONTEXT

This exploration started with a real question:

How do you form a strong innovation team from an existing community — without simply selecting the most obvious profiles?

CURIOSITY

What draws people in?

PERSPECTIVES

What does each person see differently?

CHEMISTRY

Who creates energy together?

TRUST

What makes people open up?

FRICTION

Where do differences become productive?

COMMITMENT

Who wants to move from talking to doing?

COMPLEMENTARITY

What strengths become more valuable together?

MOMENTUM

When does a group start becoming a team?

FRAGEN, DIE MICH BESCHÄFTIGEN

Was bringt die richtigen Menschen zusammen?

An besseren Ideen?
